Visa on Arrival (VoA): Some listed countries (Check the visa policies based on your nationality and the latest information with the Indonesian embassy or consulate in your country) can obtain a Visa on Arrival upon arrival in Indonesia. The VoA allows a stay of 30 days and is extendable for an additional 30 days. It’s essential to check whether your nationality is eligible for VoA. For entering Indonesia, you should have a return ticket or an onward ticket leaving the country within the 30 days of your VoA.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any visas necessary for your destination are organized and arranged by you. However, Chika can help you in the process of obtaining the required visa if you need it.
We insist that your travel insurance covers the activities involved in your retreat with us, as well as unforeseen cancellations, illnesses, losses, and the typical risks associated with travel. All clients attending our retreats must have travel insurance covering personal accident and injury, including outdoor and adventure sports.
You are responsible for arranging appropriate travel and health insurance. Your insurance policy must remain valid and in effect for the entire duration of your retreat. Please take note that even if you possess private health insurance in your country of residence, it is improbable that this insurance will offer sufficient coverage for overseas trips, especially those involving the activities organized during a trip with us.
You will be requested to provide a copy of your policy via email or in person before the retreat in the event of an emergency.
You should ensure that you have a valid passport, and we recommend that your passport is valid for six months after your return.
